High Availability
Newgen ensure High Availability, with the Newgen platform being consistently accessible for 99.95% of the time, operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
Additionally, Newgen offers multiregional support, providing three types of Disaster Recovery (DR) environments: Cold DR, Warm DR, and Hot DR, as per contractual agreements with clients.
In the event that availability drops below the “99.95% in a quarter” benchmark, Newgen classifies the impact into three categories: High, Medium, and Low, and accordingly provide service credits of 20%, 14%, and 7% for the subsequent billing cycle.
Newgen provides multi-region disaster recovery support for failover in accordance with contractual commitments. If availability falls below the agreed uptime threshold in a given quarter, service credits are issued in the next billing cycle based on the severity of the outage (High, Medium, Low).
